Since 1994 I have worked as a therapist helping individuals who struggle with eating disorders and disordered eating. I have worked in a variety of treatment settings such as inpatient, partial hospitalization and outpatient. I earned my BS at the University of Texas and my MA at Colorado Christian University.

I am a mom of a blended family consisting of both young adults in their twenties and elementary school age children. I love the outdoors and enjoy gardening, hiking and camping (yes, I did say camping) whenever I get the chance. I am passionate about outreach ministry, especially in the area of adoption of orphans and at-risk children around the world. While my faith in Jesus is my anchor and compass in life, I am respectful and considerate of the differing spiritual views of my clients.
